1、巧设疑问,激发思维。人的学习过程其实就是设疑和解疑的过程,在这一过程中,思维处于智力活动的中心。因此在教学中,教师要通过设疑来激发学生学习动机。例如:在讲解违法行为和犯罪时教师可以问:“什么样的行为是违法行为?”“违法行为是不是犯罪?”“如果不是,那么违法行为达到什么程度时,才是犯罪。”“判断一种行为是不是犯罪关键看什么?”通过这样一系列的设疑,能激发学生思维,培养学生思考问题的习惯,有利于他们对知识的理解和运用。2、以异诱思。人云亦云,不利于创新。在教学中面对问题时老师不要急于把答案告诉学生,而是引导鼓励学
