采用双层异压石英管技术成功地对两种Fe-Mn-Al系三元扩散偶进行了1300℃平衡扩散处理;并利用扩散偶-电子探针法测得相平衡成分,获得了该系1200℃下α/γ和1300℃下α/γ,α/L的相平衡关系和相应的相图等温截面。实测数据支持相应截面的热力学计算结果,并为进一步改进热力学计算提供了依据。
The double balanced quartz tube technique was used to successfully carry out the equilibrium diffusion treatment at 1300 ℃ for two kinds of Fe-Mn-Al-based ternary diffusion couplers. The phase equilibrium composition was measured by the diffusion-dipole electron probe method. The phase equilibrium relationship between α / γ at 1200 ℃ and α / γ, α / L at 1300 ℃ and corresponding isothermal cross section of phase diagram. The measured data support the thermodynamic calculation results of the corresponding section and provide the basis for further improvement of thermodynamic calculation.
