目的:探讨中性粘多糖( N M )对沙土鼠缺血再灌注后红细胞膜的保护作用。方法:采用沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,观察 N M 对红细胞免疫粘附功能的影响,检测红细胞超氧化物歧化酶( R B C S O D)和脂质过氧化物代谢产物丙二醛( R B C M D A)的含量,同时与淀粉对照组进行比较。结果: N M 可使沙土鼠再灌注时 R B C免疫粘附功能得到恢复; R B C S O D的含量轻度提高; R B C M D A 含量明显降低。结论: N M 通过抗氧化作用对 R B C免疫粘附功能有调节作用,从而对沙土鼠缺血再灌注脑组织损伤时红细胞膜起到保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of neutral mucopolysaccharide (N M) on erythrocyte membrane after ischemia-reperfusion in gerbils. Methods: The model of gerbil cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was used to observe the effect of N M on erythrocyte immune adherence function. The levels of erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (R B C S O D) and lipid peroxide metabolite Aldehyde (R B C M D A) content, while compared with the starch control group. RESULTS: N M could restore R B C immunoreactivity in reperfused gerbils, slightly increase R B C S O D, and significantly decrease R B C M D A in gerbils. CONCLUSION: N M can regulate the function of R B C immunoadhesion through anti-oxidation, and thus protect the erythrocyte membrane during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in gerbils.
