It can be studied from different perspectives. This article discusses the capital allocation of the early industrial revolution in the UK. The author believes that there was a series of obstacles in the absorption of social funds by the industrial sector at that time. Therefore, the rational use of limited capital by the industrial sector became the key to the “take off” of the British economy, and pointed out that increasing investment was not the only important factor.
