目的:探讨影响麻醉复苏室使用效率的关联因素,制定有效的管理措施,改善患者手术效率。方法:回顾性分析2014年10月~2015年10月进入麻醉复苏室的患者数量、患者在麻醉复苏室滞留的时间、患者复苏情况,以及复苏室护理人员配置和工作时数,分析影响复苏室使用效率的因素,并提出针对性对策。结果:影响麻醉复苏室使用效率的因素包括复苏室护理人员配置不足、复苏室床位设置不足、麻醉医生专业技术参差不齐、患者麻醉前评估不足等,对此,提出对策:加强麻醉复苏室的科学管理,增加工作人员配置,对患者围术期实施网络化管理,提高麻醉医生的专业水平,提高复苏室床位周转率。结论:加强麻醉复苏室的科学管理,能有效提高复苏室床位使用率,提高手术效率。
Objective: To explore the influential factors of anesthesia and recovery room use efficiency, to develop effective management measures to improve the surgical efficiency of patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the number of patients entering the anesthesia-resuscitation room from October 2014 to October 2015, the duration of patients’ stay in the anesthesia-resuscitation room, the recovery of patients and the configuration and working hours of nurses in the resuscitation room were analyzed. Use efficiency factor, and put forward the countermeasure. Results: The factors influencing the efficiency of anesthesia and recovery room include inadequate nursing staff in the recovery room, inadequate bedstead setting in the recovery room, uneven professional skills of anesthesiologists and insufficient evaluation before anesthesia. Therefore, the countermeasures were put forward to strengthen the anesthesia and recovery room Scientific management, increase staffing, network management of perioperative patients, improve the professional level of anesthesiologists, and improve the recovery room turnover rate. Conclusion: To strengthen the scientific management of anesthesia and recovery room can effectively improve the utilization rate of beds in the recovery room and improve the operation efficiency.
