党校因党而立、因党而办、因党而兴、因党而强。党校在干部培训中独一无二的战略地位和不可替代的政治优势及鲜明的办学特色,决定了党校工作必须围绕中心服务大局,这是党校工作的生命力所在。为此必须坚持正确政治方向,树立举旗意识,增强看齐意识,坚守阵地意识;围绕主业主课,推动教学改革、科研创新;落实从严治校和质量立校要求,从严加强党校建设。
Party schools stand for the party, because the party and office, because of the party and the rise, because of the party and strong. The unique strategic position and irreplaceable political advantages and distinctive schooling characteristics of the party school in cadre training determine that the work of the party school must serve the overall interests around the center, which is the vitality of the party school work. To this end, we must uphold the correct political orientation, establish a sense of raising the banner, enhance our sense of alignment, and maintain a sense of position. We should promote teaching reform and scientific research innovation around the main business owners’ lessons and strictly enforce the requirements of strict school governance and quality and school establishment.
