选择50例初发2型糖尿病的患者作为观察组,50例体检健康人群作为对照组,分别喂食同等剂量的馒头作为唯一食物来源,分别观察GLP-1水平动态变化以及胰高血糖素及胰岛素分泌的影响。结果初发2型糖尿病患者在空腹、进餐后30分钟、120分钟时的GLP-1水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);两组的胰岛素水平在空腹时没有明显差异,但在进餐30分钟、120分钟时,观察组的水平要明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的胰高血糖素在三个餐点的水平均要显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论初发2型糖尿病患者机体内GLP-1水平的缺乏或分泌减少。
Fifty patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the observation group and 50 healthy people as the control group. Results The level of GLP-1 in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes at fasting, 30 minutes and 120 minutes after meal was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in fasting insulin levels between the two groups (P <0.05). The level of glucagon in the three groups at the 120th minute was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes lacked or secreted GLP-1 levels.
