本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了临界温度T_c在液氮温度以上的Y-Ba-Cu-O系高温超导薄膜。系统研究了名义组成、工艺制度、不同原料对超导薄膜的显微结构及转变温度的影响.
In this paper, Y-Ba-Cu-O high temperature superconducting thin films with critical temperature T_c above liquid nitrogen temperature were prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of nominal composition, process system and different raw materials on the microstructure and transition temperature of the superconducting thin films were systematically investigated.
