目的探讨干扰素联合炎琥宁对急诊重症手足口病患儿疗效及免疫功能、心肌酶的影响。方法 95例急诊重症手足口病患儿采用随机数字表分为治疗组(n=48)与对照组(n=47)。治疗组给予干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗,对照组仅给予炎琥宁注射液治疗。两组治疗疗程均为5d。结果治疗组患儿治疗总有效率(95.83%)高于对照组(78.72%),且有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组手足口疱疹消退时间、退热时间及住院时间快于对照组,且均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Ig A、Ig G高于对照组,且均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶低于对照组,且均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论干扰素联合炎琥宁对急诊重症手足口病患儿疗效明显,可改善患儿免疫功能和心肌酶,值得进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the effects of interferon combined with midazolam on the therapeutic efficacy, immune function and myocardial enzymes in emergency severe hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods Ninety-five children with severe HFMD were divided into treatment group (n = 48) and control group (n = 47) by random number table. The treatment group was given interferon combined with the treatment of Yan Hu Ning, the control group was given only Yan Hu Ning injection treatment. Treatment of two groups were 5d. Results The total effective rate (95.83%) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (78.72%) (P <0.05). The treatment group had faster extinction time, antipyretic time and hospitalization time than those in the control group (P <0.05). The Ig A and Ig G in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the creatine kinase isoenzyme , Lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusions Interferon combined with Yan Hu Ning obvious effect on emergency severe hand-foot-mouth disease can improve children’s immune function and myocardial enzymes, it is worth further study.
