随着高等教育体制改革的不断深化以及社会对高等教育需求的日益增长,各高校面临着新的竞争形势。而高校的发展离不开资金的支撑,因此高校财务管理的好坏在一定程度上直接影响着高校的发展。本文从目前高校财务管理工作的特点出发,分析了当前高校财务管理的现状,并从树立综合的高校财务管理理念、完善高校财务制度、重视财务人员培养、强化高校财务的内部控制制度、优化高校财务预算管理等方面提出笔者对高校财务管理的思考。
