今年五一前夕,中华全国总工会对在四化建设中作出突出贡献的个人分别授于各种荣誉称号并颁发给“五一”奖章。其中,“全国优秀管理者”称号上海仅有4人获得,而上海文教体育用品进出口分公司经理张兰生即是其中之一。提起张兰生同志,有些读者也许会记得,本刊1985年第10期上曾以《老外贸治理新企业》专题报导过他的事迹,那时,他正好被评为上海市优秀厂长(经理)。看来,张兰生在这两年里一定又作出了新的贡献。怀着急于了解究竟的心情,我于不久前访问了该公司,听取了一些同志的介绍,并再度采访了张兰生本人。
On the eve of May 1st this year, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions awarded various honorary titles to individuals who made outstanding contributions to the construction of Sihua, and awarded them to the May 1st Medal. Among them, the “National Excellent Manager” title was only acquired by four people in Shanghai, and Zhang Lansheng, manager of the Shanghai Branch of Culture, Education, Sports, and Import and Export, was one of them. When Comrade Zhang Lansheng was mentioned, some readers may recall that in the 10th issue of 1985, this magazine had reported on his deeds with the topic “The New Enterprise of Old Foreign Trade Governance”. At that time, he was named as the Shanghai Outstanding Director (Manager). . It seems that Zhang Lansheng must have made new contributions in these two years. With eagerness to understand what was going on, I visited the company not long ago and listened to the introduction of some comrades and interviewed Zhang Lansheng again.
