检查304只野生黄鼠血清,发现19只呈HBsAg阳性反应(6.25%),并对其中258份肝脏进行病理形态学观察发现少数标本可见肝细胞呈“空泡样”肿胀和毛玻璃样嗜酸性透明变性;肝细胞呈灶性、中心性和桥接坏死或破碎样坏死;汇管区周围有小胆管增生.由于达乌尔黄鼠肝炎血清与人抗—HBs有交叉反应性并在感染动物肝脏产生与HBV相似的病理改变。推测达乌尔黄鼠可能成为乙型肝炎的实验动物模型.
A total of 304 wild rat serums were examined, and 19 HBsAg-positive (6.25%) were found, and 258 of them were observed histopathologically.
