本文利用结扎犬冠脉左前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型,观察了冠脉内灌注强利尿心钠素0.6μg·kg ̄(-1)·min ̄(-1),0.8μg·kg ̄(-1)·min ̄(-1)及生理盐水对冠脉侧支循环及心肌氧代谢的影响。结果显示强利尿心钠素可使冠脉侧支返流血量分别增加152.7%和121.9%,心肌耗氧量分别自0.19±0.02,0.18±0.01增加至0.42±0.03和0.38±0.03ml·min/100g心肌,供氧/耗氧比值分别增加13.3%和6.0%。生理盐水对上述指标无明显作用。说明强利尿心钠素可显著改善冠脉侧支循环及心肌氧代谢异常。
In this study, acute left anterior descending coronary artery occlusion was used to induce acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Atrial natriuretic peptide (0.6μg · kg -1 · min -1), 0.8 μg · kg -1 ¯ (-1) · min ~ (-1) and saline on coronary collateral circulation and myocardial oxygen metabolism.
