本文介绍化肥厂用高压氨冷交换器采用螺旋槽强化传热管、双弓形结构,达到强化传热1.41倍,减小阻力降,节省了高压容器,并提高了产量,采用年产合成氨5,000吨的设备,产量提高到150,000吨,节约一台高压冷交换器,并节电年4.3万元(50万度以上)。本结构已在全国12个化肥厂应用,效果良好,为小化肥厂增产挖潜提供了途径,也为螺旋槽管应用于高压热交换器开拓了路子。
