在20世纪80年代初期,中国啤酒工业刚刚起步,一时间,丹麦啤酒设备和技术工程公司成为中国啤酒生产企业的绝对首选。然而,随着我国啤酒工业的快速发展,国外啤酒设备制造商开始把目光投向这块尚待开发的处女地,大批设备供应商纷至沓来。在这场争夺战中,德国企业逐渐取代丹麦,占据了主导地位。 时隔20年,中国啤酒年产2,000多万吨,居世界第二位。据有关专家预测,从今年开始,中国啤酒的产量将以每年80～100万吨的速度递增,中国啤酒工业将进入新一轮的高速增长期。
In the early 1980s, the Chinese beer industry had just started. For a time, the Danish beer equipment and technology engineering company became the absolute first choice for Chinese beer production companies. However, with the rapid development of the beer industry in China, foreign beer equipment manufacturers have begun to look to this virgin land to be developed, and a large number of equipment suppliers have come. In this scramble, German companies gradually replaced Denmark and dominated. After a lapse of 20 years, China Beer has an annual output of over 20 million tons, ranking second in the world. According to predictions of relevant experts, from this year onwards, the production of Chinese beer will increase at an annual rate of 800 to 1 million tons, and the Chinese beer industry will enter a new round of rapid growth.
