闵行中学位于上海市西南的黄浦江畔,是一所有87年历史的实验性示范高中。闵行中学历史教研组目前共有9名教师,平均年龄37岁,其中高级教师2名,中级教师5名,初级教师2名。十年前,针对组内以青年教师为主的现状,时任教研组长林唯老师提出“保持特色、凝聚智慧”的想法,一方面要求组内教师结合自己实际打造课堂教学特色,另一方面实行备课组长轮流制,既给青年教师带来了压力,也增强了他们的责任感和合作意识,鼓励青年教师在担当中成长。
Located in the southwest of Shanghai’s Huangpu River, Minhang Middle School is an experimental demonstration high school of 87 years old. There are currently 9 teachers in Minhang Middle School History Teaching and Research Group, with an average age of 37, including 2 senior teachers, 5 intermediate teachers and 2 junior teachers. Ten years ago, in response to the current situation of young teachers in the group, Lin Wei, the leader of the teaching and research group, put forward the idea of “keeping characteristics and gathering wisdom”. On the one hand, teachers in the group are required to combine their own actual characteristics of classroom teaching. On the one hand, the rotation of the leader of the lesson planning system not only brings pressure on the young teachers, but also enhances their sense of responsibility and cooperation and encourages young teachers to grow while they are in the middle.
