在当前的媒体融合、转型过程中,不少新媒体项目开发、实施取得成功,它们的领衔者有的被称为“产品经理”。这样的人才如何在工作中成长?有何特点?需要什么样的外部环境与条件?本期,本刊从产品经理这一统领产品生产全流程职位的角度,邀请几位资深人士结合工作实践,谈他们对“产品经理”职能、发展和成长的认识,以期助力于当前传统媒体初涉新媒体时逐步建立产品导向意识,欢迎来稿交流讨论。
