研究非毒性分化诱导剂苯乙酸钠(NaPA),在体外对子宫颈癌Hela细胞的生长、分化及表型的影响。实验结果:1.NaPA能够抑制Hela细胞的着壁依赖性和着壁不依赖性生长.而对正常羊膜组织Wish细胞的生长无显著抑制作用;2.NaPA能够增强Hela细胞表面ICAM-1.HLAl以及Ⅱ类分子的表达:3.以电子显微镜观察到在NaPA处理的Hela细胞中,线粒体、内质网以及弹力丝等丰富.而在NaPA未处理的细胞中,除了大量游离的多聚核糖体之外.上述的细胞结构几乎没有观察到。结果表明NaPA在体外不仅能够选择性抑制子宫颈癌细胞的生长,而且能够有效地诱导细胞的分化及表型转变,为NaPA分化治疗子宫颈癌提供了实验依据。
