针对现有供暖系统不能根据室内温度变化、用户供暖需求来灵活设置供热方式及供暖时间段而造成能源严重浪费这一问题,设计了一套基于程序控制暖气流量且具有自动、低温、舒适和手动四种工作模式的室内暖气智能调节系统。该系统能够不断采集室内温度,控制微型电动阀开度,调节流入室内管网热流量,实现室内温度与设定温度的调节控制。试验结果表明,该系统能精准地控制室内温度,达到了为用户分时按需供热、节约能源的目的。
In view of the problem that the existing heating system can not produce a serious waste of energy because of the change of room temperature and the heating demand of the user, the invention provides a set of program-controlled heating flow with automatic, low temperature, comfortable and Manual mode of operation of four indoor heating intelligent adjustment system. The system can continuously collect indoor temperature, control the opening of miniature electric valve, regulate the heat flow into the indoor pipe network, and realize the control of the indoor temperature and the set temperature. The test results show that the system can accurately control the indoor temperature, reaching the user time-sharing on-demand heating, energy conservation purposes.
