随着民办高校办学规模的扩大和办学理念的不断更新,民办高校在迅速发展和取得显著成绩的同时也出现了一些问题,主要表现在:财务管理力量薄弱、缺乏监管职能部门,引发倒闭风险,制约了民办高校的可持续发展。针对民办高校财务管理过程中“监管力度不够”这个制约民办高校发展的瓶颈,在深入调查探究的基础上,系统地分析了民办高校财务监管缺陷,提出构建“民办高校财务监管体系”的设想。
