合成了三脚架型席夫碱配体N,N’,N″-三(3,5-二碘水杨醛)缩三氨基乙基胺(C27H24O3N4I6,L)及其稀土配合物。经元素分析、IR、TG-DTA和摩尔电导率的表征,确定配合物REL.H2O(RE=Tb3+、Nd3+、La3+、Sm3+)是1∶1型配位,总配位数为6。用荧光光谱法研究了席夫碱配合物与ct DNA的相互作用。实验结果表明,配合物均可与DNA发生相互作用,而且相互作用为插入方式。另外,3种配合物对藤黄微球菌的抑菌作用均高于配体。
The tripodine Schiff base ligand N, N ’, N "-tris (3,5-diiodosalicylaldehyde) trisaminoethylamine (C27H24O3N4I6, L) and its rare earth complexes were synthesized.Analysis by elemental analysis, IR, TG-DTA and molar conductivity were determined to confirm that the complex REL.H2O (RE = Tb3 +, Nd3 +, La3 +, Sm3 +) was a 1: 1 type coordination with a total coordination number of 6. The fluorescence spectra of Schiff base complexes with ct DNA interaction.The experimental results show that the complexes can interact with DNA, and the interaction is inserted.In addition, the three complexes of Micrococcus luteus antimicrobial activity were high In the ligand.
