为深入贯彻落实党的教育方针和十六届五中全会精神,山东省五莲县在全县中小学开展了创建和谐校园活动,并将2006年确定为“和谐校园建设年”。县教育局于2006年2月制定下发了《关于在全县中小学建设和谐校园的实施意见》,制定了今后五年创建和谐校园的目标。我县于2002年建成了覆盖全县中小学的教育城域网,截至2004年年底,全县农村完全小学以上学校全部实现了“校校通”,多媒体教室已达550多间,网络环境下的多媒体教学已普遍展开,现已有14所学校实现“班班通”。多媒体教学的普及与应用,极大地提高了教师信息技术应用能力,促进了教育教学质量的提高。创建和谐校园是一项长期复杂的系统工程,包括学校工作的方方面面,但最重要的还
In order to thoroughly implement the Party’s education policy and the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee, Wulian County, Shandong Province, launched a harmonious campus activity in the county’s primary and secondary schools, and identified 2006 as the “year of harmonious campus construction”.
