用传统的启普发生器制氢气和二氧化碳等气体,仪器太笨重,成本高。用教材中介绍的简易装置,既不便控制,又不便将反应后的液体和固体残物分离开。为此,我将这个实验装置作如下改进。一、仪器300 mL 锥形瓶1个、10 mL 小塑料瓶1个(可用小药瓶代替)、50 mL 分液漏斗1个、胶塞、导气管、自由夹等。二、安装方法(图1)用1铜丝或塑料绳将1小药品悬挂在锥形瓶内,并在小药瓶底部打若干个小孔(以不将小药品颗粒漏出为宜)。
Using conventional Kipp generators to produce gases such as hydrogen and carbon dioxide, the instruments are too bulky and costly. With the simple device described in the textbook, it is inconvenient to control and it is not convenient to separate the reacted liquid from the solid residue. For this reason, I will make the following improvements to this experimental device. First, the instrument 300 mL conical flask 1, 10 mL small plastic bottle 1 (available small bottle instead), 50 mL separatory funnel 1, rubber plugs, air tubes, free clips and so on. Second, the installation method (Figure 1) with a copper wire or plastic rope hanging a small drug in a conical flask, and in the bottom of the small bottle to play a number of small holes (in order not to leak out of small drug particles is appropriate).
