随着当代人才市场竞争激烈加剧,而人才又是企业发展赖以生存的源泉,我国各行业加强了对人力资源部门的重视。尤其现代人力资源管理的兴起,人力资源管理师的增多,为我国人力资源重新优化组合提供了有力的武器。本文通过探讨分析煤炭行业人力资源管理系统的现状问题,然后分析了造成人力资源管理存在问题的原因,最后提出了煤炭企业相应的改革建议,为推进煤炭行业人力资源的重新调配提供了理论支撑。
With the fierce competition in the contemporary talent market, talent is also a source of survival for the development of enterprises. All sectors in China have strengthened their emphasis on human resources departments. In particular, the rise of modern human resources management and the increase of human resources management division provide a powerful weapon for the re-optimization of human resources in our country. This article discusses the current situation of the human resources management system in the coal industry by analyzing and analyzing the causes of the problems in the human resources management. Finally, it puts forward the corresponding reform proposals of the coal enterprises and provides theoretical support for promoting the reallocation of human resources in the coal industry.
