适逢中国《信托法》实施3周年之际,在我国信托业发展遭遇困境的背景下,由中南大学和上海远景非凡投资管理有限公司主办的“中国(长沙)信托国际论坛”于2004年10月16～17日在长沙隆重举行。国内外知名信托法专家、学者以及业内高层人士围绕《信托法》实施以来我国信托业的发展现状和实践问题,从理论和实务角度对信托法律制度的完善提出了建设性意见。这些意见对于加快贯彻实施《信托法》,改进我国信托业的发展环境,完善金融市场体系,提高社会资源配置效率具有极大的推动作用。本刊特策划编辑一组代表性文章以飨读者。
On the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of the implementation of the Trust Law in China, the “China (Changsha) Trust International Forum” sponsored by Central South University and Shanghai Vision Extraordinary Investment Management Co., Ltd. was held in 2004 10 March 16 to 17 held in Changsha. Around the well-known domestic and foreign trust law experts, academics and senior people in the industry around the “Trust Law” since the implementation of the development of the status quo and practice of the trust industry in China, from the theoretical and practical point of view to improve the legal system of the trust put forward constructive suggestions. These opinions have a tremendous impetus to speeding up the implementation of the “Trust Law,” improving the development environment for our country’s trust industry, improving the financial market system, and improving the efficiency of social resources allocation. The magazine specializes in editing a set of representative articles to readers.
