由于受人类社会活动影响的不断加强,流域水循环过程变得越来越复杂.探索流域年径流量的演变规律对定量分析变化环境中的水资源状况和预测流域未来水资源的演变规律具有特别重要的意义,因为以年为时间尺度能最好地反映天然和人类活动驱动下的流域水资源变化规律.在水资源的二元演化模式下提出了年径流的天然-人工二元演化理论,并在黄河中游的无定河流域进行了应用.应用实例中着重对无定河流域下垫面动态变化情况下的降水径流关系进行了深入的对比分析,并提出了代表流域水保措施的水保指标面积的概念,利用水保指标面积来反映流域下垫面条件,并建立了反映流域下垫面动态变化的降水径流经验模型.
