目的:评估颅内压监护装置联合渐进性稳定性减压术对重型颅脑损伤患者的疗效。方法:回顾性分析芜湖市第二人民院神经外科2018年1月~2019年4月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者50例,其中采用颅内压监护装置介导渐进性稳定性减压术为观察组,采用常规标准骨瓣减压术为对照组,对2组患者术前及术后第1、3、7、10天颅内压和格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)评分变化,术后6个月GOS评分进行对比。结果:观察组术后颅内压比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后观察组GCS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0
