目的了解武汉市致倦库蚊幼虫对5种杀虫剂的抗性状况,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用WHO提供的幼虫浸渍法,测定4龄期幼虫的半数致死浓度(LC50)。结果武汉市武昌、青山、江岸区致倦库蚊幼虫除对仲丁威较敏感(R/S<1)外,对氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯和三氯杀虫酯均产生不同程度抗性。3个城区的致倦库蚊幼虫对氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为59.3、27.3和64.0倍;对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为3.8、2.8和3.8倍;对三氯杀虫酯和溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为5.5、4.4、6.1倍和6.7、9.9、6.7倍;对仲丁威的抗性倍数<1。结论在灭蚊工作中应采取综合性防制措施,科学合理使用杀虫剂。
Objective To understand the resistance status of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to five kinds of insecticides in Wuhan and to provide basis for the scientific use of insecticides. Methods The larvae immersion method provided by WHO was used to determine the median lethal concentration (LC50) of 4th instar larvae. Results The larvae of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in Wuchang, Qingshan and Jianganan districts of Wuhan were all sensitive to cypermethrin, beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin and trichlorfenonate to some extent (R / S <1) Resistant. The resistance fold of Cx.
