信息化的今天,效率对于工作的重要性是不言而喻的,如何在有限的成本前提下实现管理工作效果的最优化是每位管理者和每个单位需要深入思考的问题。机关事业单位作为社会主义现代化建设中公共服务职能的实施者之一,在维护社会各项建设事业的顺利开展和让广大人民群众共享我国发展成果方面发挥着重要的作用。信息化条件下,如何借助有效的管理方式和创新思维实现机关事业单位档案管理的良性运转是值得我们深入思考和研究的。本文就目前我国机关事业单位档案管理的发展情况进行分析,并就其中存在的一些问题及相应的解决策略进行阐述,以期促进档案管理工作的顺利开展。
Nowadays, the importance of efficiency for work is self-evident. How to optimize the effectiveness of management under the condition of limited cost is a problem that every manager and every unit need to think deeply. As one of the implementers of public service functions in the socialist modernization drive, government agencies and public institutions play an important role in safeguarding the smooth development of various social undertakings and in enabling the broad masses of the people to share in the development results of our country. Under the condition of informationization, how to realize the benign operation of archives management of organs and institutions through effective management and innovative thinking is worth our deep thinking and research. This paper analyzes the current situation of archives management in China’s government agencies and institutions, and elaborates some of the existing problems and corresponding strategies to promote the smooth progress of archives management.
