目的:为筛选防晒药物和评价皮肤衰老药物建立无毛小鼠皮肤光老化动物实验模型。方法:采用280~320nm中波紫外线和320~400nm长波紫外线长期照射无毛小鼠皮肤,造成皮肤光老化损伤。结果与结论:无毛小鼠经紫外线照射24周后,皮肤内自由基浓度及自由基代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)含量明显升高,皮肤中可提取的胶原比例明显降低,与未照射组小鼠相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。小鼠皮肤纹理密度明显减少,纹理加深,增宽。提示该突变无毛小鼠用于光老化模型不仅具有操作简便,而且易于观察等特点。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of photoaging of hairless mouse skin for screening sunscreen drugs and evaluating skin aging drugs. Methods: The skin of hairless mice were exposed to 280 ~ 320nm UVA and 320 ~ 400nm long-wave ultraviolet light for a long time. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: After 24 weeks of UV light irradiation, the free radicals concentration in the skin and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the free radical metabolites increased significantly. The percentage of collagen extractable in the skin was significantly lower than that in the non-irradiated group There was significant difference between mice (P <0.05). Mice skin texture significantly reduced density, texture deepened. It is suggested that this mutant hairless mouse is not only easy to operate but also easy to observe for photoaging.
