我院是一所集医、教、研为一体的综合性医院,开设病床二百张。现有会计人员二十一名,大专以上文化程度有十四人,占会计总人数的百分之七十,分别在财务科、收费处、药械科等不同的工作岗位上从事财务管理和会计核算工作。 财务工作是医院管理的重要组成部分,其工作质量直接影响着医院经济效益和社会效益的好坏。财务人员必须转变观念,面对现实,正视自我,适应社会发展的新形势。《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》中指出:要『规范财务行为,提高财会队伍素质。』因此,提高医院财会人员的素质,培养知识面广,业务精通,一专多能的财会人
