目的了解舟山市海产贝类常见食源性病毒污染状况,为食源性疾病的防制和预警提供依据。方法于2016年在舟山市水产养殖场和农贸市场采集毛蚶、牡蛎和贻贝等贝类样品,经病毒富集浓缩处理后,进行核酸提取和荧光定量RT-PCR检测。结果共采集贝类样品466份,检出病毒阳性89份,阳性率为19.10%;诺如病毒Ⅱ型(NV2)、札如病毒(SPV)、星状病毒(As V)、戊肝病毒(HEV)和肠道腺病毒(Ad V)阳性率分别为4.08%、9.66%、2.79%、1.07%和1.50%。未检出诺如病毒Ⅰ型(NV1)、甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)和轮状病毒(RV)。不同季节病毒阳性率比较,冬、春季高于夏、秋季(均P<0.008 3)。结论舟山市海产贝类中食源性病毒阳性率较高,以SPV和NV2为主。
Objective To understand the status of common foodborne viruses in marine shellfish in Zhoushan City and provide the basis for prevention and early warning of foodborne diseases. Methods Samples of mussel, oyster and mussel were collected from aquaculture farms and farmers’ markets in Zhoushan City in 2016. The samples were enriched by virus enrichment and then subjected to nucleic acid extraction and quantitative RT-PCR. Results A total of 466 samples of shellfish were collected and 89 positive were detected. The positive rate was 19.10%. NV2, AsV and Hepatitis E (HEV) The positive rates of HEV and AdV were 4.08%, 9.66%, 2.79%, 1.07% and 1.50%, respectively. No norovirus type 1 (NV1), Hepatitis A virus (HAV) and rotavirus (RV) were detected. The positive rates of virus in different seasons were higher in winter and spring than in summer and autumn (P <0.008 3). Conclusion The positive rate of food-borne viruses in marine shellfish in Zhoushan City is high, mainly SPV and NV2.
