本文应用配体交换色谱法(LEC)研究了14种氨基酸在 Cu~(2+)-酒石酸介质中的薄层色谱行为.通过引入配体交换作用,提高了氨基酸的分离效果.实现了多种氨基酸的相互分离.文中对展开机理作了探讨.
In this paper, the thin-layer chromatographic behavior of 14 kinds of amino acids in Cu ~ (2 +) - tartaric acid medium was studied by LEC, and the effect of amino acid separation was improved by the introduction of ligand exchange. Amino acids are separated from each other.
