1995年4月14日,张家口市某幼儿园发生一起由进食凉拌熟猪肝而引起的集体食物中毒。经流行病学调查,对凉拌熟猪肝及患者粪便进行细菌学检查和鉴定,分离出鼠伤寒和阿哥纳沙门氏菌。现将实验结果报告如下。 临床资料 流行病学调查和临床症状:幼儿园343名儿童食用凉拌熟猪肝后24~72小时,302人出现中毒症状。该幼儿园教职工及其家属27人食用凉拌熟猪肝,24~48小时后,23人出现中毒症状,销售熟猪肝的商店职工及其家属4人进食凉拌熟猪肝,全部中毒。主要临床症状是发热、头痛、恶心、腹痛、腹泻,少数出现不同程度的嗜睡惊厥症状,中毒患者经用抗生素对症治
