日前,一项用以解决计算机存储瓶颈的“DCD——磁盘高速缓存技术”通过武汉市科委组织的验收,这标志着我国在计算机存储领域获重大突破,技术及产品均达到国际领先水平。近年来,随着因特网和电子商务的飞速发展,网上信息“塞车”现象日益严重,亟待解决“海量数据存储”这一难题。1998年初,武汉东湖开发区发展总公司通过引进美国罗德岛州立大学高性能计算机实验室杨庆博士提出的磁盘高速缓存概念,与华中理工大学合作,将概念变成了产品。据悉,所完成的系统使磁盘小写性能平均响应时间提高3~80倍,突发小写数传率提高3~7倍,解决了目前国内外现有产品技术小写性能差的难题,适应了激增的海量存储的需要。
