本文对各种胸水的ADA活性进行了比较研究。结核性胸水的ADA活性(68.1±26.4u/ml并且全都>40u/ml)显著高于恶性,漏出液及原因未明的胸水的ADA。后三组ADA活性的最高值仅为28.8u/ml。因此,ADA活性对胸水的鉴别诊断有很大价值。然而,患者和对照及其性别与年龄之间血清ADA活性的差异不显著。正常人血清ADA活性为16.3±6.5u/ml。
In this paper, a variety of pleural effusion ADA activity were compared. The ADA activity of tuberculous pleural effusion (68.1 ± 26.4 u / ml and all> 40 u / ml) was significantly higher than that of malignant, esophageal, and unexplained pleural effusion. The highest ADA activity in the last three groups was only 28.8 u / ml. Therefore, ADA activity of pleural effusion differential diagnosis of great value. However, there was no significant difference in serum ADA activity between patients and controls and their gender and age. Normal human serum ADA activity was 16.3 ± 6.5 u / ml.
