中等职业学校的学生由于在初中基础知识掌握不扎实,学习习惯比较差,所以在课堂上容易出现溜号,对教师的讲课不感兴趣。为了激发学生的学习兴趣,调动学习积极性,传统的教学方式已经不能适应当今的职业教育。在教学活动中如何激发学生的学习兴趣,注重培养学生自主学习的意识和习惯,是职业教师普遍困惑的问题。通过“四优能动课堂”教学模式的探索,体现了尊重学生的个体差异,充分调动学生的学习兴趣和求知欲望,使得课堂教学模式有了新的生命和活力。
Secondary vocational school students due to lack of solid foundation in the junior high school, learning habits are relatively poor, so prone to slogan in the classroom, the teacher’s lectures are not interested. In order to stimulate students’ interest in learning and arouse enthusiasm for learning, the traditional teaching methods can no longer meet today’s vocational education. How to inspire students ’interest in learning and how to cultivate students’ self-learning awareness and habits in teaching activities is a common confusion for professional teachers. Through the exploration of “Four Excellent Movements Classroom” teaching mode, it shows that students ’individual differences are respected, students’ interest in learning and desire for knowledge are fully aroused, and new life and vitality of classroom teaching modes are brought forth.
