目的研究超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)在小儿科细菌感染性疾病中的诊断价值和临床意义。方法选取150例诊断为细菌感染性疾病的患儿(观察组)和80例健康儿童(对照组),先用OLYMPUS AU2700全自动生化分析仪采用免疫比浊法对两组儿童的血清hs-CRP进行测定,再使用拜耳ADVIA2120全自动血细胞分析仪对两组儿童的全血标本进行白细胞定量分析;最后对以上两种方法取得的数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组各类疾病患儿的hsCRP水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),全血白细胞水平也明显高于对照组(P<0.01);同时观察组150例患儿中,hsCRP水平增高145例(96.7%),而白细胞计数增高122例(81.3%),两组结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)对儿科细菌感染性疾病的诊断和疗效观察、预后评估等方面均具有明显的临床价值,在儿科诊断细菌感染性疾病方面的敏感性和及时性优于白血病计数检测。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and clinical significance of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) in pediatric bacterial infectious diseases. Methods 150 children diagnosed as bacterial infectious diseases (observation group) and 80 healthy children (control group) were selected. The serum hs-CRP levels of two groups of children were detected by OLYMPUS AU2700 automatic biochemistry analyzer , And then using Bayer ADVIA2120 automatic hematology analyzer for whole blood samples of two groups of children leukocyte quantitative analysis; the last two data obtained by the above methods for statistical analysis. Results The levels of hsCRP in children with various diseases in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), and the levels of whole blood leukocytes were also significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.01). In the 150 cases of observation group, hsCRP There were 145 cases (96.7%) higher and 122 cases (81.3%) higher white blood cell count. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) has obvious clinical value in the diagnosis, curative effect and prognosis evaluation of pediatric bacterial infectious diseases.
