2011年,我国加入世界贸易组织十周年,对我国经济发展产生了巨大影响。在这充满机遇与挑战的时代,要使企业能够稳定发展,必然来自于企业本身的组织文化这一核心竞争力。文化因素对企业组织管理有着重要意义和举足轻重的作用,世界500强企业管理演变的历史证明这一点。本文将剖析企业管理的几大重要原则,着重介绍我国企业管理的组织文化。
In 2011, the tenth anniversary of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization has exerted a tremendous influence on the economic development of our country. In this era full of opportunities and challenges, to enable enterprises to develop steadily is bound to come from the core competitiveness of the enterprise’s own organizational culture. Cultural factors have an important and pivotal role in the organization and management of enterprises. The history of the evolution of the management of the world’s top 500 enterprises is proof of this. This article will analyze several major principles of business management, focusing on the organizational culture of business management in China.
