为了解胆道流体力学与心血管功能之间的相互关系,以及胆囊收缩素八肽(CCK-OP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)和P物质(SP)等胃肠道神经肽对它们相互关系的影响,将91只豚鼠分为5组,分别从静脉输注林格氏液(对照组)、CCK-OP、VIP、VIP和CCK-OP、SP,然后测定左心室收缩压(LVSP)、左心室压力增高率(土dp/dtmax)、左心室舒张末压力(LVEDP)、胆总管内压、Oddi括约肌基础压力、Odd括约肌收缩频率和压力幅度以及活动指数(MI)。结果:静注CCK-OP能使胆总管内压升高、Oddi括约肌活动增强、Oddi括约肌基础压力降低,同时引起左心室活动减弱;VIP单独输注对胆道Oddi括约肌活动和左心室活动无明显作用,而与CCK-OP合用可拮抗CCK-OP对这两方面的影响;SP的作用与CCK-OP相近,但强度不及CCK-OP。提示:胆道Oddi括约肌活动与心血管功能关系密切,并且,胃肠道神经肽在其中起重要作用。
In order to understand the relationship between biliary fluid mechanics and cardiovascular function and their relationship to other neuropeptides such as CCK-OP, VIP and SP, 91 guinea pigs were divided into 5 groups. The RK (control group), CCK-OP, VIP, VIP and CCK-OP and SP were respectively intravenously infused. Then the left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) Left ventricular diastolic pressure (LVEDP), common bile duct pressure, basic pressure of Oddi sphincter, contraction frequency and pressure amplitude of Odd sphincter, and activity index (MI). Results: CCK-OP could increase the common bile duct pressure, enhance the sphincter of Oddi and decrease the basic pressure of sphincter of Oddi, meanwhile, the activity of left ventricle was decreased. VIP infusion alone had no effect on sphincter of Oddi and left ventricle , While CCK-OP combined with CCK-OP can antagonize the impact of these two aspects; SP role and CCK-OP similar, but less than the intensity of CCK-OP. Tip: sphincter of biliary Oddi activity and cardiovascular function are closely related, and, in which gastrointestinal neuropeptides play an important role.
