一、概述高压泄水闸门正在拦河闸堰和水电厂被用来泄放大流量。电站的寿命往往依赖于闸门摆脱振动和气蚀的平稳运行。出现在建筑物上的大量损坏,在高压泄水闸门范围以内以及与之连接的隧洞衬砌范围以内由于气蚀损害和振动而发生的大灾害,令人信服地说明了这些闸门的重要性。因此,建造闸门时对闸门适当和安全的运用提出保证是最为重要的。保证这样一座电站在运行时能避免气蚀和振动,依然经常是水工钢结构工程中一个尚未解决的问题。本文目的是从若干已实施的高压闸门中获取经验,在此基础上,建立能保证泄水孔闸门可能最安全地运用的有关设计准则。
First, an overview of high pressure sluice gates are blocking the weir and hydropower plant was used to release large flow. The life of a power plant often depends on the smooth operation of the gate to get rid of vibrations and cavitation. The significant damage that has occurred on buildings, the large calamities that have occurred within the area of high-pressure relief gates and the tunnel linings connected to them, due to cavitation damage and vibration, convincingly illustrates the importance of these gates. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to guarantee the proper and safe use of the gate when building the gate. Ensuring that such a power station can avoid cavitation and vibration during operation is still often an unsolved problem in hydraulic steelworks. The purpose of this paper is to gain experience from a number of implemented high-pressure gates and to establish relevant design guidelines that will ensure the safest possible application of a sluice gate.
