在新的时代条件下,以网络和移动互联网为载体的新兴媒体日益成为思想、信息和社会舆论的主要集散地,尤其是微博、微信等社交媒体的兴起,使社会舆论形成、发展的内在机制和基本形态都发生深刻变化,一幅“人人都是通讯社”、“个个都是麦克风”的社会图景已经呈现在我们面前。在此背景下,高校师生的思想空前活跃,有着很强的话语能力。这迫切要求我们加大工作创新的力度,更加讲究策略和方法,不断提高意识形态工作的科学化水平。

In this context, the ideas of university teachers and students are unprecedentedly active and have strong discourse abilities.
