目的 为了提高荷瘤鼠皮下移植瘤对载药脂质体的摄取量 ,达到提高疗效 ,降低药物对全身的毒副反应的作用。方法 将空白脂质体 0 3mL注入荷瘤鼠尾静脉内 ,1h后再注入泰素脂质体 0 3mL ,每日 1次 ,共用 4次。结果 移植瘤瘤体明显缩小 ,离体瘤瘤重与对照组对比明显减轻 (P <0 0 5 ) ,抑瘤率 41 8%。病理切片显示肿瘤局部出现大面积坏死灶 ,呈现玻璃样改变及纤维结缔组织增生。结论 对荷瘤鼠皮下移植瘤尾静脉内先注入空白脂质体 ,后注入载药脂质体 ,可提高肿瘤治疗的疗效。
Objective To improve the uptake of drug-loaded liposomes in tumor-bearing mice with subcutaneous tumors, so as to improve the efficacy and reduce the adverse effects of drugs on the systemic side effects. Methods 0 mL of blank liposomes were injected into the tail vein of the tumor-bearing mice. After 1 h, TAS liposome was injected into the solution. The volume of the liposome was 0.3 mL once a day for 4 times. Results The tumor size of the transplanted tumors was significantly reduced, and the tumor weight was significantly less than that of the control group (P <0 05). The tumor inhibition rate was 41.8%. Pathological sections showed a large area of tumor necrosis, showing glass-like changes and fibrous connective tissue hyperplasia. Conclusion Injecting blank liposomes into the tail vein of tumor-bearing mice subcutaneously and injecting drug-loaded liposomes can improve the therapeutic efficacy of the tumor.
