山西省人民政府决定,从1991年起在全省各全民所有制工交企业(含中央在晋单位)、建筑企业中开展设备管理分等升级工作。 设备管理等级分为一级、二级、三级。一级为设备管理优秀型;二级为设备管理先进型;三级为设备管理达标型。 三级以下的企业,不能被评为各级设备管理优秀单位。获得设备管理三级的企业,具有申报省直厅、局、地市设备管理优秀单位的资格;获得设备管理二级的企业具有申报省、部级设备管理优秀单位的资格;获得设备管理一级的企业具有申报国家级设备管理优秀单位的资格。今后在国家级、省级企业升级时,设备管理应超前达到相应的等级。现已升为国家级、省级的先进企业,如尚未达到相应的设备管理等级,应尽快达到相应的设备管理等级。 在设备评优中,已获得优秀(含先进)称号的企业,可确认其等级,并可在此基础上申报晋升上一等级。其对应等级是:获国家级设备管理优秀的企业对应省设备管理一级;获省或部级设备管理优秀的企业对应省设备管理二级;获省直厅、局、地市设备管理优秀(含先进)的企业对应省设备管理三级。 企业设备管理等级合格证书有效期为4年。
The Shanxi Provincial People’s Government decided to carry out upgrades of equipment management and grades in all province-wide workers-owned enterprises (including central government-funded units) and construction companies since 1991. The equipment management level is divided into primary, secondary and tertiary levels. The first level is excellent equipment management; the second level is advanced equipment management; and the third level is equipment management compliance. Enterprises below Grade 3 cannot be rated as excellent units for equipment management at all levels. Enterprises that have obtained equipment management level three have the qualifications for applying for provincial, municipal, and municipal equipment management excellence units; enterprises that have obtained equipment management level two have the qualification to declare provincial and ministerial level equipment management excellence units; and obtain equipment management level one The company has the qualification to declare outstanding equipment management units at the national level. In the future, when state-level and provincial-level enterprises are upgraded, equipment management should reach a corresponding level in advance. Now it has been promoted to state-level and provincial-level advanced enterprises. If it has not reached the corresponding equipment management level, it should reach the corresponding equipment management level as soon as possible. In the equipment appraisal, enterprises that have obtained the title of “excellent” (including advanced) can confirm their grades and can apply for promotion to the next grade on this basis. The corresponding grades are: the first-class equipment management of the state-level equipment management corresponds to provincial equipment management; the provincial or ministerial-level equipment management of excellent enterprises corresponds to the provincial equipment management; and the province’s direct office, bureau, and municipality are excellent in equipment management ( Enterprises with advanced) correspond to provincial equipment management level three. Enterprise equipment management level certificate is valid for 4 years.
