课堂教学评价活动是促进教师教学能力提高的一个主要途径,常见的是以甄别和选拔为目的的优质课评比和教师考评。通过这种评价方式,只有少部分教师得到了激励,而对于大部分教师而言,却难以得到切实的提高以及职业的认同感和成就感。以小学英语复习课课堂教学评价实录为例,阐述如何使课堂教学评价活动成为促进教师专业发展的有效手段。
Classroom teaching evaluation activities are one of the main ways to promote teachers’ teaching ability. Commonly, they are high-quality class competitions and teacher evaluation for screening and selection. Through this method of evaluation, only a small number of teachers are motivated, but for most teachers, it is difficult to be effectively improved and professional identity and sense of achievement. Taking the Record of Assessment of Class Teaching in Primary School English Review as an Example, this article expounds how to make classroom teaching evaluation activity an effective means to promote teachers’ professional development.
