根据GB/T 25117等相关标准要求,机车车辆牵引系统均需进行特性试验。标准要求在电动机冷/热状态下,在规定特性上,相应于最大转矩的转速至90%最高转速之间任何点上的典型转矩不应小于所规定值的95%。为确保机车车辆牵引系统转矩特性测量结果准确、可靠,建立了数学模型,并结合实际全面分析了不确定度产生的来源,并对转矩特性测量结果在不同的曲线段分别进行了评定,结果显示,目前采用的方法及仪器有效、可靠。该方法为机车车辆牵引系统转矩特性测量结果的可信度提供了技术依据。
According to GB / T 25117 and other related standards, locomotives and towing systems are required to conduct a characteristic test. The standard requires that the typical torque at any point between the speed corresponding to the maximum torque and the maximum speed of 90% at the motor cold / hot condition be no less than 95% of the specified value. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results of locomotive vehicle traction system torque characteristics, a mathematical model was established and the sources of the uncertainty were analyzed comprehensively and practically. The torque characteristic measurement results were respectively evaluated in different curve sections. The results show that the current methods and instruments used are effective and reliable. The method provides a technical basis for the credibility of the measurement results of the torque characteristics of the locomotive and vehicle traction system.
