目的:探讨中西医结合康复护理应用于缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀症患者的临床效果。方法:抽取60例缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀症患者,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组进行基础护理干预结合现代康复护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上,联合中医康复护理,观察2组患者2个月后的Fugl-meyer运动功能评分和日常生活活动能力(改良的Barthel指数)的变化。结果:2组患者的Fugl-meyer运动功能评分较护理前显著增加,治疗组护理后Fugl-meyer运动功能评分较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组患者护理后改良Barthel指数均较护理前显著上升,治疗组护理后改良的的Barthel指数评分较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对缺血性中风恢复期气虚血瘀症患者进行中西医结合康复护理干预,能够有效改善患者的生活质量。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis during the recovery of ischemic stroke. Methods: Sixty patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome during ischemic stroke recovery were divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received basic nursing intervention combined with modern rehabilitation nursing. On the basis of the control group , And combined Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing. The changes of Fugl-meyer motor function scores and activities of daily living (modified Barthel index) after 2 months in two groups were observed. Results: The scores of Fugl-meyer motor function in two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing. The score of Fugl-meyer motor function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). The modified Barthel index of patients in both groups increased significantly compared with that before nursing. The modified Barthel index in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis during ischemic stroke recovery can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
