鏈球菌溶血素O具有較强的抗元性,当机体遭受溶血性鏈球菌感染时,可产生对抗溶血素O的特異性抗体。目前,血清抗鏈球菌溶血素O的测定已广泛应用于风湿病、急性腎炎等与鏈球菌感染有关疾病的診断。 Todd氏首先报导鏈球菌溶血素O的制备和抗鏈球菌溶血素O的测定,Hodge与Rantz等氏曾对溶血素O制备以及抗鏈球菌溶血素O测定的方法作过改进。近年来,国內亦日开展該項工作。但由于溶血素O制备的手續与条件要求較为复杂,常不易获得成功。为使抗鏈球菌溶血素O的測定广泛开展,我們对溶血素O的制备及其有关影响因素进行了研究。实驗証明,只要能正确掌握其有关条件,即使一般临床檢驗室亦不难得到滿意結果。
Streptolysin O has strong anti-methotrexate, when the body suffers from hemolytic streptococcus infection, can produce specific antibodies against hemolysin O. At present, the determination of serum anti-streptolysin O has been widely used in the diagnosis of diseases related to streptococcal infection such as rheumatism and acute nephritis. Todd first reported the preparation of streptolysin O and the determination of anti-streptolysin O, and Hodge and Rantz et al. Improved the preparation of hemolysin O and the anti-streptolysin O assay. In recent years, this work has also been carried out domestically and internationally. However, due to the preparation of hemolysin O procedures and conditions are more complex, often not easy to be successful. In order to make the determination of anti-streptolysin O widely carried out, we studied the preparation of hemolysin O and its related factors. Experiments show that, as long as they can correctly grasp the relevant conditions, even the general clinical laboratory is not difficult to get satisfactory results.
