曾有报道,在易感蚊体内,微丝蚴于感染后48小时内即已寄居马氏管细胞中,而在抗性蚊体内则不能发育。本文着重观察了犬恶丝虫感染的带喙伊蚊的马氏管超微结构的早期变化。方法:以羽化4~6天的雌性带喙伊蚊叮吸感染犬恶丝虫的阳性狗(血内的微丝蚴密度为20~30条/ml),分别于饲血后5分钟、24小时及48小时在Hanks液中解剖出蚊虫马氏管,并即移入含有4%戊二醛、0.2M蔗糖
It has been reported that in susceptible mosquitoes, microfilariae have been colonized in M. tubulosa cells within 48 hours after infection, but not in resistant mosquitoes.
