为了中国文化旅游市场的健康稳定发展,本文基于对国内外文化产业监管的分析,对来自上海、浙江、江苏、四川、贵州、甘肃、湖北、湖南和河北的1 500多名调研对象进行了市场调研和深度访谈,为政府文化机构能够做出正确的文化监管决策提供科学的基础。本文运用独立样本T检验来评估相关数据,发现东西方的调研对象在感知程度上有明显不同。总体而言,调研结果表明东方的调查对象在关于文化市场监管的每个相关公共因子的得分要明显高于西方调研对象。所以,政府文化机构应该针对具体情况制定文化市场监管的不同推广政策。
In order to promote the healthy and steady development of China’s cultural tourism market, based on the analysis of the regulation of cultural industries both at home and abroad, this article conducted a market survey on over 1,500 research subjects from Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Guizhou, Gansu, Hubei, Hunan and Hebei Research and in-depth interviews provide a scientific basis for government cultural institutions to make the right cultural regulatory decisions. In this paper, we use the independent sample T-test to evaluate the relevant data and find that there is a significant difference in perceived degree between the eastern and western subjects. Overall, the survey results show that the survey respondents in the East scored significantly higher on each of the relevant public factors on the regulation of cultural markets than the Western counterparts. Therefore, the government cultural institutions should formulate different promotion policies for cultural market supervision according to specific situations.
